1. Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • We may request photos or further information

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method

  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange items if they meet our return conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
